An entirely homemade product, this mountain sausage contains selected pork cuts and the finest natural ingredients. Given time to soften before being stuffed in a natural casing and smoked slowly until it reaches the optimum point of fermentation, this is an exquisite, high quality product. Home-made botillo. Specially made for Galician cocido. A natural product containing no additives or colouring. A seasonal product, the process for making botillo begins in October and ends in March.

Recommendation: We recommend that this product be eaten when it is half cured as it used only with Galician cocido (meat, chickpea and vegetable stew)
